Parathyroid carcinoma (PC) is a rare endocrine tumor accounting for 0.5–6% or less in cases of primary hyperparathyroidism. Congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH) describes a group of autosomal recessive disorders where the cortisol biosynthesis is impaired.
